California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has announced that the state’s two expert panels will meet in October and November respectively.
Proposition 65 requires that the state’s Carcinogen Identification Committee (CIC) and the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DART-IC) to meet at least once a year.
The agency announced that the DART-IC will convene its next meeting on October 27 at CAL/EPA Headquarters in Sacramento. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The agency notes that the meeting agenda will be released at a later date prior to the meeting.
The meeting is usually webcast, with both audio and video. The webcast URL is typically activated on the day of the meeting.
The CIC will also convene its next meeting on November 15 at CAL/EPA Headquarters in Sacramento. The agenda for this meeting has also not been released yet, but will be made available on OEHHA’s website prior to the meeting.
The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., Continuing until all business has been covered, or ending at 5:00 p.m. The meeting should also be available via webcast.
