California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has published a Q&A addressing the new reporting requirements under its Proposition 65 BPA safe harbor regulation.
The regulation comes after the agency adopted a temporary regulation allowing manufacturers of canned and bottled food and drink products containing intentionally added BPA to comply with Prop 65 warning requirements through point-of-sale warnings.
The Q&A addresses general questions on who must report, and the frequency, timing and types of information to be included in businesses' reports.
