AB 1252, a Proposition 65 reform bill that would have provided small businesses a two week grace period to fix an alleged violation of Proposition 65 before a lawsuit can be filed, was killed in the Assembly Environmental Safety & Toxic Materials Committee on April 15 by a party line vote of 2-5.
